Job Summary

As an Overnight Lead at Walmart Canada, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores during overnight hours. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating overnight stocking activities, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections of store premises to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and training to overnight associates to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure store safety and security protocols are followed, and manage accidents that occur during overnight shifts.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Age 18 or older
