About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Infrastructure Software Engineer to join our team at Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI infrastructure software to optimize our intelligent AI/ML systems, improving products and experiences.
  • Apply distributed system expertise to build and optimize AI/ML infrastructure for scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver projects, setting technical goals and milestones, and implementing and benchmarking designs.
  • Work with other engineers and research scientists to improve the quality of engineering work in the broader team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Specialized experience in machine learning/deep learning domains, including hardware accelerators, GPU architecture, machine learning compilers, or ML systems.
  • Experience developing AI-system infrastructure or AI algorithms in C/C++ or Python.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $110,000 to $210,000, depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
