Job Summary

Sunglass Hut is a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses with over 1600 retail stores across North America. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in the success of our team by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a clean and attractive store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
