Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked with the necessary supplies and that waste is minimized.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of staff. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to make decisions quickly and effectively.
