About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Cross Iron Chicken Foods Inc. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring that our inventory levels are maintained and our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at Cross Iron Chicken Foods Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: We will provide on-the-job training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this position.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting, and bending, as well as working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and we require all staff members to be proficient in English.
