L'équipe service client est l'épicentre des revenus de notre entreprise. En tant qu'associé du service client, vous devrez penser rapidement et de manière critique, mener des recherches de haut niveau sur les industries et les entreprises, identifier et parler avec les meilleurs experts en vous assurant qu'ils possèdent l'expérience et les connaissances les plus pertinentes pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients.

Vous aurez l'opportunité de propulser votre carrière et de développer des compétences transférables dans les domaines de la vente, de la gestion du temps et des projets, de la négociation et de la communication, tout en élargissant votre sensibilisation aux questions commerciales.

Compétences requises
  • 0-3 ans d'expérience de travail
  • Réussite académique acquise dans n'importe quel domaine de premier cycle (baccalauréat ou supérieur)
  • Participation à des activités parascolaires avec des antécédents de leadership
  • Fort intérêt et passion pour le monde des affaires
  • Un état d'esprit de croissance pour considérer les revers et les défis à court terme comme des opportunités d'apprentissage
  • Excellentes compétences en réseautage et en sourcing, en tirant parti des réseaux professionnels tels que LinkedIn et des bases de données internes pour engager et convaincre des experts appropriés.
  • Fortes capacités à atteindre les quotas, à atteindre des objectifs spécifiques et à livrer des projets dans les délais fixés.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ; La maîtrise du français est un grand atout
  • La connaissance d'autres langues telles que l'allemand, l'italien, l'espagnol, le japonais, le coréen et/ou le mandarin est un atout
