Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Harmony Motors Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support our business operations.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
