About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at 1192901 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our repair and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Repairing: Prepare detailed written estimates of repair costs for clients, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Utilize schematic drawings and product manuals to diagnose and repair electrical appliances and components, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
  • Customer Communication: Provide excellent oral and written communication to clients, ensuring clear understanding of repair processes and timelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless repair and maintenance services, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest repair techniques, technologies, and industry developments to maintain expertise and provide exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a focus on technical or vocational training.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in appliance repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on physical demands and adaptability.
