About the Role

Maison Selby is seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Operations to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
    • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
    • Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
