About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our national HR Claims Team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic consulting and coaching to executives and leadership teams, driving business outcomes and promoting a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to business partners, ensuring alignment with company strategies and values.
  • Facilitate investigations and provide coaching to resolve employee relation issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement employee engagement action plans, driving organizational transformation and growth.
  • Lead or participate in national and strategic HR projects, contributing to process improvement and HR excellence.
  • Develop and deliver workshops, training sessions, and information sessions to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree with a Human Resources specialization.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of related experience as a Senior HR Consultant/HR Business Partner.
  • Technical expertise in Human Resources and employment legislation.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with business partners and influence decision-making.
  • Strong planning, project management, and communication skills.
  • CHRP and/or CHRL designation in progress.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.
