Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Stagwood Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including production and other relevant metrics.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material ordering and equipment setup, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines, and read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
