We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Peoples Bookkeeping & Tax Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Office Operations
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Develop and implement office procedures and policies.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and technology.
- Communication
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Work Environment
- 35 hours per week.
- Language
- English.
