Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jessy's Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and physical demands. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Restaurant Manager will work a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
