Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Joh2Stone Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, including heating and finishing simple food items.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced urban area environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
Physical Demands:- Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Work collaboratively with team members.
- Reliability: Meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
