About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of President and General Manager at YYC FLOORING SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our organization and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs, allocate resources, and authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegate representatives, and provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Employee Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
