We are seeking a skilled Registered Psychotherapist - Child Therapy Focused to join our team at Archways Centre for CBT. Our centre is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients, clinicians, and staff.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced therapist who possesses a Master's degree in Psychotherapy and is registered with the provincial licensing body. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in empirically validated, trauma-informed practices and evidence-based treatment modalities. Experience with EMDR therapy is an asset, and relevant working experience in areas of practice, particularly trauma-related work, is considered an advantage.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children and families, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in child-focused therapy. They will be able to demonstrate professionalism and effective case management skills, including timely reports.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychotherapy
  • Registered with the provincial licensing body
  • Experience with empirically validated, trauma-informed practices and evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Professional Liability Insurance or willingness to obtain insurance
