About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead IAM Active Directory/Azure to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring users have the appropriate access and governance controls in place to safeguard our assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to operate an Active Directory and Azure AD environment aligned to business requirements, technical standards, and security frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain technical solution documents, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and technical presentations to various audiences.
  • Administer Active Directory and Azure AD to support access management for the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong experience administering Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and O365 environments.
  • Fluent in creating and scripting complex multi-line tasks using PowerShell or other scripting/development languages.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft MFA and My Staff.
  • Experience supporting On-premises, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud platform environments.
  • Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner while tailoring your communication style and messaging to various audiences.
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management.
  • Microsoft AZ-900, AZ-104, and MS Azure Administrator certifications.
  • Intimately familiar with IAM-related protocols such as SAML, SPML, XACML, SCIM, OpenID, and OAuth.
  • Federation concepts and technologies particularly with solutions from Azure AD and Okta.
  • Strong experience with Directories, SSO, Federation, Delegated administration, API gateways, SOA services.
  • Some knowledge of scripting languages (vbscript, powershell, perl, javascript, Graph API, Python, and LDAP query, etc.).
