About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welding Specialist to join our team at Rinox inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes to ensure accurate execution.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications, and operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC) as needed.
  • Determine weldability of materials and operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, and work with brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines to achieve desired results.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Fluency in English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
