Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and initiative.
Work Environment:
  • Work Setting: Coffee shop, fast food outlet or concession, and restaurant.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
