Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
    • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that our management team is informed and up-to-date on key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
