Job Responsibilities:


  • Technical Operations Management: Oversee the technical operations of the hotel, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Departmental Management: Manage the technical service department, including assigning tasks and coordinating with employees and subcontractors.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and implement the expenditure budget for technical operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Ensure that periodic maintenance and repairs are carried out according to planned schedules.
  • Safety and Security: Coordinate with the Safety Manager to protect the hotel and its employees from fires and natural disasters.
  • Work Scheduling: Prepare daily and weekly work schedules for the Technical Service Department.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish good communication with subcontractors and departmental employees.
  • Departmental Auditing: Manage and audit the department according to company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:


  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of related work experience or 2 years of experience in a lower position with relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Language Proficiency: Intermediate-level English language proficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and automation knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
