Job Title: Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Olivier Honda Bathurst. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with our service technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
