Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at CPU Pizza & Big Guy's Fried Chicken. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure sales representatives have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales strategies.
