About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Vice-President to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives.
    • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to lead key initiatives.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of information systems business solutions.
    • Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Compliance and Governance
    • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations through effective risk management and governance practices.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
    • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior IT leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
