Campus Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campus Recruitment Intern to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our Campus Recruitment Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of top talent from leading universities and colleges.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent from leading universities and colleges.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Typically, 3-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Appropriate HR designation.
- Previous experience and demonstrated results in recruiting or sourcing.
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration and team skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Influence skills.
