About the Role

RW&CO. is seeking a talented Marketing Content Specialist to join our brand marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's tone of voice across all platforms, driving engagement and awareness, and building a strong connection with our current and future customers across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Creative Content: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our brand's unique tone of voice across all platforms, including newsletters, social media, and website/editorial pages.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas for campaigns and promotions throughout the year.
  • Write Compelling Brand Stories: Write compelling brand stories and other copy that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure Consistency and Quality: Ensure all content is consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for SEO.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
  • University Degree: University degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field of study.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience creating content for digital and eCommerce marketing.
  • Writing Experience: 2+ years of experience writing editorial content, preferably in fashion and beauty.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual, with the ability to create content that resonates with clients across Canada.
