Position Overview

The HR Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating the execution and management of local Human Resources functions for our Canadian operations.

Reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager for the Americas, with a secondary reporting line to the HR Manager for Canada, this position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of records within Microsoft Dynamics, HRIS, and ADP systems, while overseeing local benefits administration and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to engage with leaders and employees on various people initiatives, providing exposure to employee relations, process enhancement, and other critical HR domains.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • A mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
