About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grocery Clerk to join our team at No Frills. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including customer service, inventory management, and store maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, including resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and rotating products.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including maintaining a high standard of store appearance and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Delegate and prioritize workload to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
