About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Culinary Specialist to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
