About the Role

A leading SaaS company in North York, with a strong presence in North America and Europe, is seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join their team. The company has built a B2B platform that enables Fortune 500 companies to share resources within the healthcare space.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in Ruby on Rails and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). They will be responsible for shipping clean, well-tested code quickly and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient Ruby on Rails applications
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Ensure high-quality code and adhere to coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience
  • 3 plus years of Ruby on Rails experience
