Job Summary

Orsini Bros. Inns Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
