Job Overview

Aramark Canada is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. This role is responsible for ensuring the customer experience at Dalhousie food service is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Aramark's Service Excellence program to deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and provide coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Partner with the marketing team and operations manager to address guest feedback and exceed service standards.
  • Act as a champion for hospitality-focused service excellence and promote a positive work environment.
  • Attend employee huddle meetings to promote Service Excellence and hospitality culture.
  • Work with the management team to plan and implement guest and client engagement activities.
  • Develop and establish best practices within the location.
  • Ensure all materials are hospitality-focused.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in hospitality considered an asset.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages considered an asset.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service role considered an asset.
  • Valid WHMIS, Food Safe Advanced Certification, First Aid Certification considered an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently, supervised and unsupervised.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull min. 35 lbs.
