About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons in Drumheller, AB. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory treats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bakery Operations: Assist in the preparation and baking of mixed dough and batters, ensuring high-quality products that meet our standards.
  • Decorating and Presentation: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to a high standard, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet our brand's expectations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our products, ensuring they meet our established standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our bakery team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, reliability, and a team player attitude.
