About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team at JPS Lethbridge Ltd. as an Executive Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Work with the dietitian or chef to prepare special meals for patients.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English, and relocation costs are covered by the employer.
