About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Supreme Restoration Services Inc. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
  • Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing expense and income reports.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Carry out administrative and clerical activities, such as record keeping and scheduling.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders.
  • Coordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities, and attend to related details.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Reliability and time management skills.
