About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Canadian Tire Associate Store 397. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the repair and maintenance of automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose automotive systems to identify areas that require repair or maintenance.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on automotive systems, including engine, transmission, and brake systems.
  • Test and inspect automotive systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Adjust and repair parts and components of automotive systems as needed.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification is required.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the automotive repair industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is necessary.
