We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Specialist to join our team at Y International Recruiting & Immigration Services Inc. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism.
  • Maintain and organize the workspace effectively.
  • Guide and instruct apprentices in their tasks.
  • Replace and repair various automotive components including front end parts, body sections, doors, and underbody elements.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by filing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Mask and tape surfaces to ensure quality paint application.
  • Utilize tools to correct dents and imperfections.
  • Remove and replace damaged panels and components.
  • Apply primers and perform repainting tasks.
  • Repair or replace interior features as needed.
  • Fix damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Mix and match paint colors for repairs.
  • Use soldering equipment and fillers for repairs.
  • Straighten frames using specialized equipment.
