Job Title: Central Air Conditioning Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Central Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our team at Advance Air Solutions Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing central air conditioning systems. This includes measuring and laying out reference points for installation, assembling and installing refrigeration or air conditioning components, and performing maintenance tasks such as recharging systems with refrigerant and checking regulators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and lay out reference points for installation
  • Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as recharging systems with refrigerant and checking regulators
  • Measure, cut, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment
  • Provide customer service
  • Start up system and test for leaks using testing devices
  • Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
Own Tools/Equipment
  • Steel-toed safety boots
