Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Royer Thompson Management and Human Resources. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our poultry and egg production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of 5-10 people in a fast-paced production environment
