About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Harvesting Labourer to join our team at Meadow Berry Farms. As a key member of our farm crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the crops to ensure optimal growth and quality
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support crop production
  • Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
  • Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth
  • Harvest crops at the right time to ensure maximum yield
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be exposed to dusty conditions and odours from the crops.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required
  • Will train on the job
  • Permanent employment with 30-60 hours per week
  • English is the primary language of communication
