Job Summary:

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Coordinator to support our business operations team in Kelowna. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support, including data analysis, process improvement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Create reports to track performance
  • Provide support to the business operations team, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a business analyst role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
