About the Role:

The Shuttle Driver will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transportation of our guests and staff around the resort. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport guests and staff safely and efficiently around the resort
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a transportation or guest services role is an asset
  • Valid class 4 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
  • Fluent spoken English
  • Strong commitment to customer service and safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
