About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Business Manager to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading key aspects of our store's business and driving business results through exceptional customer service and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Development and Leadership: Attract, hire, and train high-performing Team Members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our wellness products.
  2. Business Growth and Strategy: Partner with the Store Manager to create annual and quarterly strategic plans to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Customer Experience and Service: Foster an environment that delivers exceptional customer service, promotes our wellness products, and creates a positive in-store experience.
  4. Operational Excellence: Ensure that all aspects of the in-store experience are delivered consistently, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance.
  5. Community Outreach and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with our community, build relationships, and promote our brand.
Requirements
  1. Leadership and Management Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  2. Retail Experience: Deep understanding of the retail environment, including sales floor leadership and customer service.
  3. Product Knowledge and Passion: Excited to share our wellness products with customers and educate them on their benefits.
  4. Community Building and Engagement: Ability to build relationships and create resonant experiences with our community.
  5. Results-Oriented and Analytical: Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
