Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Fresh Prep Foods Inc. as a Logistics Supervisor. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment.
