Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Lloydminster. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that food is delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
