IT Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at the Institute of IT Training Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Team Leadership: Recruit staff, manage incidents, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security protocols and conduct criminal record checks as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
