About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Software Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and training on our Plexxis ERP Software to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and train customers on Plexxis ERP Software
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with software implementations
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Contribute to creating a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Construction experience, preferably in framing, acoustical ceilings, concrete, carpentry, or general contracting
  • General construction principles and knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
