Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible dining experience.
Cooking and Food PreparationPrepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
Customer ServicePrepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
Kitchen MaintenanceInspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
Staff Training and DevelopmentTrain staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Inventory ManagementMaintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen runs efficiently and effectively.
Cleaning and MaintenanceClean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
