Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine administrative protocols to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assess and analyze new administrative strategies for effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to support staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Coordinate and strategize office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in developing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and streamline office administrative processes.
  • Address and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Commission and evaluate systems and components.
  • Monitor performance and assess outcomes.
  • Supervise payroll administration.
  • Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenditures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Experience and Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and reliability in professional settings.
Work Environment

This position is permanent and requires a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week, primarily in English.
