Job Title: Associate Director, Digital CRM Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Digital CRM Strategist to join our team at Publicis Toronto. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital engagement strategies to drive retention and growth for our clients across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with data science, market research, and marketing analytics teams to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design and implement marketing experiments to test and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Work with our deployment and operations partners to build and launch complex automated campaigns using internal and external tools.
  • Drive and advocate for strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Identify and manage customer targeting and segmentation strategies to maintain, optimize, and increase performance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support the entire marketing mix across both paid and owned media vehicles, including omni-channel customer journeys.
  • Partner with the technology team to guide capability updates and enhancements.
  • Develop a strong partnership with key client stakeholders.
  • Become familiar with and support client company culture, policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards.
  • Speak and present confidently to clients about strategic recommendations and share knowledge with clients and colleagues to help define agency best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in advertising/marketing with a focus on customer relationship management and B2B.
  • Highly organized and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multi-discipline environment.
  • Experience in a client-facing role developing multi-channel strategy and guiding implementation of marketing lifecycle campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset, skilled in briefing, interpreting, and presenting reporting and analytics using specialist tools and custom reporting.
  • Familiar with navigating marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Facebook Ads manager, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in leading campaigns within owned and paid channels, with strong knowledge of best practices and disciplines across marketing vehicles.
